Ok, so the first week of success was SUPER fun! I lost 8lbs, I was feeling great, and having a blast dieting and going to the gym.
NoOoOoOwWwWw... I've gained almost all of my weight back (206 on the scale today) and I'm dreading our gym day tomorrow. I was sure that I would have lost weight this morning as we walked all over State St. in Santa Barbara yesterday. But no, body decided to gain like 4lbs overnight instead. Hoping it's water weight and not to have TMI, but I have been experiencing "that time of the month" so hopefully that's mostly it... diet hasn't change very much so I just don't know what's going on.

Hey Jenny! I love reading your blog! I laugh because I now feel I am NOT ALONE. EVERYTHING you are experiencing I am too! Thank you for sharing your blog, you are an inspiration! Keep up the good work. Don't get down on yourself, just get back on track tomorrow. And PS, (take it from a pro Weight Watcher member) "that time of the month" does effect the scale!!!! ;)

Everytime i read them it motivates me...but than i see that chocolate peanut butter cup and its hard!! lol Olive Garden didnt help either with the pasta and bread sticks! maybe your putting on muscle? try wearing spanxs...and sucking in your stomach. it helped me a lot.
